Unit Assistant – The primary purpose of your job position is to assist the nursing staff where needed. This may include making beds; handing out linens; passing out nourishment; having small group activities; transporting residents; providing direct supervision; and helping the residents as instructed. The unit assistant is an asset to the facility and nursing staff to help provide safe, quality care to each resident.
