The Analyst is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Health System’s centralized AP department within the ERP operating environment. This position will work in conjunction with the Finance and General Materials Management department to help the implementation of standardized processes and system-wide policies including the maintenance of document storage and maintenance of standards for entry of vendors in the vendor master file. In addition, the Analyst will assist the System Administrator with various projects.
Prepares access and trains new users to Lawson. Updates current pricing to contracts in Lawson. Activates and monitors items in Lawson. Works on various reports. Troubleshoots any interface issues. Assists with physical inventory. Assists billers and material management staff when issues arise. Maintains templates. Ensures system integrity with conversion maintenance from Lawson to INFOR. Maintains any updates for the vendor item catalog. Assists in vendor set up. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare procurement working with Lawson or other ERP/Supply system applications as well as advanced knowledge and skills using Microsoft Excel.
Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
