Summary:

The primary function of the Administrative Coordinator is to provide organizational support, clerical,and receptionist services. The Administrative Coordinator completes tasks related to patient registration and scheduling, record and document management, telephone and electronic communications, various forms of data entry and reporting, requisitions materials and supplies. Facilitates the sharing of information between the Program Administrator, staff, and other hospital departments, referral sources, and other community based providers and agencies.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree or some college courses preferred

Experience:

3 months clerical minimum, typing minimum 50-60 WPM preferred. Ability to transcribe. Computer skills; knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Word and Excel.
