JOB SUMMARY:

The Intern performs a variety of clerical & maintenance functions. This includes the undertaking of independent projects, analyses & reports in an effort to improve his/her knowledge and provide basic administrative support for the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides clerical support to members of administration.
  • Assists with special projects.
  • Creates & maintains reports/analyses to assist in day to day operations.
  • Shadows individuals in administration for educational purposes.
  • Attends & participates in a variety of meetings & committees.
  • Responds to emails in a timely manner.
  • Keeps a detailed log of his/her daily activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
