To assure a safe, functional and comfortable environment by assisting the Director in directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Plant Engineering, and Plant Operations, in accordance with policies, procedures, standards and practices set by HealthAlliance, the NYSDOH, DNV and other local community and Government agencies and or any other duties as directed to maintain compliance.
