Summary:
The Personal Care Aide, under the supervision of the Licensed Nurse, is responsible for assisting with the direct personal resident care activities to a designated group of residents. Nightshift, the PCA’s are trained to work independently when there is No nurse scheduled. PCA completes 24 hour report and contacts Nursing Supervisor at S/P or Administrator-On-Call as needed for assistance.
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
Certificate from approved training course.
