*$10,000 Sign On Bonus* Are you a radiologic technologist interested in learning special procedures? If so, we have an opportunity for you! We are looking for a radiology tech looking to exand their knowledge and grow with us as we continue to expand our cardiac catheterization lab services.Assists physicians in the diagnosis of cardiac, vascular and/or electro-physiological diseases by radiographic imaging of the patient’s heart and/or vascular system during peripheral vascular, coronary arteriograms, cardiac catheterizations and/or electro-physiological studies. As a part of the patient care team, performs scrub procedures, monitors patient hemodynamics during procedures, assists in providing CPR during emergency situations and monitors radiation safety for physicians, patients, and staff.
Graduate of an accredited school of radiological technology or invasive cardiovascular technology
Minimum of one year’s work experience; special procedure or cardiac cath lab experience preferred
Cardiac or Vascular Intervention Certification preferred NY State Radiologic Technology License required
Current BLS and ACLS (within 6 months) certification required
