The center is also home to the regional Advanced Wound Therapy and Hyperbaric Center, treating burn victims, as well as people with a wide variety of injuries and wounds.Renowned research.Our trauma research is presented at national symposia and used as a benchmark for training the region’s lifesaving personnel, including local EMTs, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency staff from community hospitals.
