Job Details:
Directly provides counseling, case management and other chemical dependency services in meeting the social emotional needs of the detox/rehab patients and their family members.
Education:
- 2 yrs. college or comparable education
Experience:
- Demonstrates evidence of working at least 2-3 yrs. in a chemical dependency setting
Training/License:
- Current NYS Masters Level Licensed QHP or CASAC License
