Job Summary:
WMC Health Network is currently seeking anonsite Advanced Clinical Recruiter(ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for physician and mid-level candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all physician and APP new hires.
- Act as a key advisor for their designated service lines and will assume full responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding and the overall candidate experience from start to finish. Attend conferences as needed for networking opportunities to recruit. Travel required.
- Assists with the onboarding and orienting of new candidates.
- Acts as the main point of contact for all physicians, and APP new hires.
- Manages Position Manager when screening and posting positions.
- Works with leadership to find candidates that match their needs.
Experience:
Two (2) years previous HR healthcare recruitment and/or physician recruitment background is required.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field or equivalent experience required.
